New in Huckleberry

You've almost certainly written a development plan that nobody ever opened again. Hours of typing, filed, forgotten. That's been true for decades, and it's why most people stopped bothering.

Growth Plans are live for everyone now, and building one takes about five minutes of talking.

Growth Plans

Start a session and ask Huckleberry to build you one. You don't need to arrive with the answer either. Ask Huckleberry what you should be working on and it'll put areas in front of you, drawn from your feedback and everything you've worked through before. On a team plan it also has your competency model and the priorities your leaders have set, so the plan lands against the bar you're actually measured on.

From there you talk it through: why it matters, what's getting in your way, what success looks like, and the three phases to get there. No typing at any point. Hang up and the plan builds itself, five to nine tasks written in the language of your situation. You'll find it in Growth Profile in the sidebar, under Growth Plans, where you can edit it and tick things off as you go.

30 to 45 seconds of a plan being built, start to finish. Watch how it works here.

Also shipped: your next call starts with your coach already prepped, holding your last session, open commitments, fresh feedback, and what's on your calendar this week.

Try this in your next session

Ask Huckleberry what your growth plan should be about. You don't need an answer ready, and that's rather the point. It has your feedback and your history, so let it put a couple of areas in front of you, pick the one that makes you wince slightly, and build the plan in the same call.
