Most AI tools have no definition of good coaching. We hold every session to one.

Yes. Huckleberry works with a human coach, not instead of one. Your coach goes deep every few weeks; Huckleberry is there for the moments in between, the 8am conversation, the midnight decision, so you arrive at your next session ready to go further.

No. Audio is processed in real time and never stored. Only the text summary is retained, encrypted in your account. The audio leaves your device, processes the conversation in the moment, and is dropped. Summaries are accessible only to you.

No. The Huckleberry manager dashboard shows coaching outcomes and aggregate themes, never individual session content. Engagement data from Lattice or Culture Amp flows in. Coaching content does not. There is no admin override or compliance API. Individual transcripts, summaries, and topic-level detail stay between you and your coach.

The voice agent listens at the speed of speech, follows the conversation as it moves, and pauses when you do, rather than interrupting to take a turn.

Their input is synthesized into themes covering your strengths and growth edges, then surfaces in your next coaching session. Huckleberry works wherever you are: at your desk, on a walk, in a car, between meetings. Voice processing is robust to background noise, and most users have effective sessions in everyday environments. For sensitive conversations, headphones are recommended.

No. Huckleberry is designed to follow your pace, not impose its own. The agent listens for natural conversation turns and treats pauses as part of the thinking, not as silence to fill. Sessions run 3 to 15 minutes by default, though you can go longer when the conversation needs depth.
